Harlie Feathers 1

These are photos of feathers from our Harlequin Macaw, her name is Harlie and she is 21 years old. These feathers were lost during a recent molt. A Harlequin Macaw is a cross between a Green Wing and Blue & Gold Macaw. This gives her the beautiful colored feathers you see here. The last photo is a shot of Harlie on a boulder along the Kebler Pass Rd, near Crested Butte, CO.
